Did you know that data can be dynamically displayed based on who is looking at the item at that time?
When you create a sheet filter, report, or a dashboard widget*, you can use the Current User feature that automatically displays the data the user has access to.
For example: If you have assigned your team members to tasks on a sheet, you can create a Current User filter based on the Contact List column where you assign team members.
*When you create a report widget on your dashboard (or create a chart widget where a report is the data source), you will need to update the Advanced Options on the widget by selecting Dashboard Viewer to display only the data that the user has access to.
With the Current User feature, you can have one report or sheet filter that applies to all collaborators at the same time.
